Bursaries

Q. What is a CCSS bursary?

A bursary is a sum of money which, at our discretion, we award to deserving students in order to reduce the cost of studying at CCSS. The award cannot be used for any other purpose. Students normally receive the award for the duration of their A-level or GCSE course at CCSS, though this is reviewed at least annually.

Q. How much is a bursary worth?

A full bursary reduces our fees by £2,500 a term (£7,500 a year). However, most of the bursaries we award are worth less than the maximum £2,500. The smallest bursary award is worth one-fifth of a full bursary.

Q. Are there any bursaries where family income does not matter?

No, we believe that bursaries are there to help students who might not be able to afford to study at CCSS.
