Thai Minister for Education in Europe congratulates students Nov. 17, 2008
The Thai Minister for Education in Europe came to the college on 7th November to see the presentation of special academic awards to two students from Thailand.
Nawanwaj Yudhanahas and Kanyapat Ratanawilias were amongst five students from the college selected to receive academic awards introduced to honour a former principal and joint founder of the school, Paul Redhead.
This award has been instituted to mark exceptional achievement and commitment in the academic and wider life of the college. Neil Roskilly, CCSS principal, said the college was honoured to receive the visit from the Thai group which also included officials from the Thai embassy education department. He said:' We have Thai scholarship students and are one of only a few secondary schools in the country to have that honour'.
