Enrichment Programme
Students are highly encouraged to take part in the optional elements of the Enrichment Programme, as these promote health and skills and interests that are valued by universities. They also encourage lifelong learning, one of the values of CCSS.
In addition, all lower-sixth students are expected to take part in the L6th Enrichment Programme. The programme explores themes important to all young people, such as planning for the future, financial and economic awareness and global citizenship. It includes important personal, social and health-related topics that affect every young person - for example personal relationships, alcohol and illegal drugs.
A range of societies and early evening activities allow students to explore topics further and develop essential skills useful for later in life - such as debating, photography and film appreciation.
