We want you to have other interests as well as study!
Almost anything you might be interested in doing is possible at CCSS and we have many groups and teams within college as well as innumerable contacts and affiliates in the university and city.
We’ve had debaters, chess players, actresses & actors, poets, film-makers, and trainee pilots…
There is an enormous range of sports on offer – as well as College teams in football, netball, and basketball, we have rugby players, event riders, lacrosse players, swimmers, tennis players, judo players, boxers…you name it…
You can discuss international affairs, organise the College summer ball or publish the Science magazine…
College trips have been to St Petersburg, Marrakesh, New York, Australia… for art, modern languages, history…
…almost anything you might be interested in doing is possible!
At CCSS we encourage you to take part in college activities and also support you in making external contacts, following your interests to the highest level and sharing your success and learning with your fellows at college.
Quite simply, if there’s something you’re interested in, it will be possible to do it in Cambridge, and we will help you find it and support you in making the most of your skills and interests.
